A production crew working around a lit set inside a warehouse space

B2B production & campaign resourcing · United Kingdom

Whatever the brief needs, we source it.

We supply the people, places, equipment and coordination that campaigns run on. One photographer for a morning, or forty people across three locations. Work with us directly, or behind the scenes as an extension of your agency team.

The list above shows examples of the resources we source. It is not a fixed catalogue.

01 — Who we are

A services business built around one question: what do you actually need?

Elevate Media Services supports brands, businesses and agencies across social media, advertising, content production, campaign execution and project coordination.

Sometimes that means one person. A photographer for a morning. A videographer for a product launch. A model for a shoot, or a location for a day.

Sometimes it means everything at once. Multiple suppliers, a full crew, venues, equipment, permissions and a schedule that has to hold together across several weeks.

We handle both, and most of what sits between them. You give us the requirement. We find the right people and suppliers, agree the costs in writing, and manage the work through to delivery. You deal with one person throughout.

02 — Capabilities

Examples of what we do. Not a list of what we are limited to.

These eight areas cover most of what clients ask us for. The work that does not fit neatly into one of them is often the work we are best at, because the job is always the same.

Find the right resource, agree the terms, and make it happen on the day.

01 A phone mounted on a tripod filming a product against warm bokeh lighting

Social Media & Digital

Content, scheduling, channel management and the people to run it. Built for brands that need steady output rather than one campaign a year.

02 A blank illuminated advertising panel on a city street at night

Advertising & Campaigns

Execution support across paid, print, outdoor and social. You bring the plan. We put the people, suppliers and logistics behind it.

03 A cinema camera rigged with a monitor on a location shoot

Content Production

Photography, video, stills, short form and long form. Sourced and produced to brief, at the scale the budget actually allows.

04 A photographer holding a camera to their eye in low studio light

Media Personnel & Creative Talent

Photographers, videographers, models, presenters, stylists, editors and crew. Selected against the job, not pulled off a fixed roster.

05 The entrance to a period townhouse used as a shoot location

Venue & Location Sourcing

Studios, private venues, retail spaces, homes and outdoor locations. Including access, permissions and the practical detail that gets missed.

06 Camera bodies, lenses and production kit laid out on a dark surface

Procurement & Project Support

Equipment, props, wardrobe, suppliers and everything else a shoot needs on the day. We buy it, hire it or borrow it, and we account for it.

07 Crew moving equipment across an outdoor location between setups

Campaign & Production Coordination

Schedules, call sheets, budgets and suppliers, held together by one person you can call. The part that stops a good plan falling over.

08 A camera monitor showing a shot in progress on a studio floor

Agency & Back-End Support

Operational capacity for agencies. We work behind you, in your name, and we stay away from your client relationship.

03 — How we help

The service is the sourcing.

Every job runs the same four steps, whether it is one freelancer for an afternoon or a full crew across three locations. The scale changes. The process does not.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us what the campaign or project needs. A rough outline is enough to start. We will ask the questions that fill in the gaps, including the ones people forget until the day.

  2. 02

    Source

We go to our network and to the wider market, check real availability against your dates, and come back with options and costs. You see what you are choosing between, not a single take-it-or-leave-it name.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

We book it, contract it, schedule it and brief everyone involved. You deal with us, not with eleven separate suppliers who have never worked together before.

  4. 04

    Deliver

The work happens and we run the day. Things go wrong on every production. Our job is to deal with them before they reach you, and to tell you straight away when they cannot be.

Try it — build a requirement

Pick what your project needs. We will find the rest.

Tap anything that applies, or nothing at all. This is the same list we work from on a first call, and there is no wrong answer.

    04 — Agency and B2B partnerships

We work behind you, not in front of your client.

Agencies use us for the same reason brands do. We add capacity without adding headcount, and we do it quietly. You keep the relationship, the credit and the invoice.

Your name on it, not ours

We supply the resource, the coordination or both, under your brand. Our name goes nowhere near your client unless you decide to put it there.

    No conflict, now or later

We do not pitch the clients we meet through you. That is not a favour, it is how the working relationship stays useful to both of us.

    Scale up, scale back

Use us for one shoot, one campaign or an entire quarter. There is nothing to keep on retainer and nothing to cancel when the work goes quiet.

05 — Why work with us

    Checkable facts, not adjectives.

Anyone can call themselves reliable. These are the things you can hold us to, and the things you can verify before you spend anything.

    01

    One point of contact

You get a person, not a ticket queue. The same person handles the first call, the sourcing, the day itself and the final invoice.

    03

    Priced before it starts

Costs are agreed in writing before anyone is booked. If the brief changes, we price the change and ask you first.

    04

    Sourced, not stocked

We are not selling you whoever happens to be free this week. We go to the market for each brief and come back with options.

    05

    Built for two audiences

Brands who need the work done, and agencies who need it done in their name. Neither one gets the version designed for the other.

    06

Nothing is out of scope by default

If we cannot do it ourselves, we usually know who can. Either way you get a straight answer rather than a maybe.
